Commissioning instructions of overload protection device for TXCZ-Z type construction hoist 
Basic technical parameters:

Two, debugging:
 
2.1 password input
Press the "Settings" button for 3 seconds, the buzzer beep, enter the password input interface.
According to the "" key on the mobile flicker bit, increase the flicker bit digital press default
password is "1234". After the input press "set" button for 3 seconds, if password is correct will
enter the next step rated load setting interface.
 
2.2 rated load
According to the "" key on the mobile flicker bit, increase the flicker bit digital press, input rated
load, the factory default 02.00 tons, after input, press the "Settings" button for 3 seconds, enter a
zero calibration.
 
2.3 zero calibration: the sensor no load, the screen shows 0 tons, press the "set" button for 3
seconds, complete the zero calibration, into the next calibration.
 
2.4 with load calibration: to the sensor and a load (should be greater than 30% of the rated
weight), according to the "" key on the mobile flicker bit, increase the flicker bit digital press,
input'the actual load numerical, after input, press the "Settings" button for 3 seconds, complete
with load calibration, the system saves calibration parameters after return to work status.
Three, clear operation
When no-load display the weight is not zero, and under the working state, press the "back"
button for 3 seconds, the buzzer "beep" sound after entering the clearing operation password '
input interface, according to the "" key on the mobile flicker bit, increase the flicker bit digital
press, enter the default reset Operation password "1000", after the input press the "Settings"
button for 3 seconds. if the password is correct will perform reset operation, the current weight
display values become 00.00 tons.
